ROK Brothers was formed in 1993 by Roger and Ryan O'Kane. Having started in a 10x10 storage facility in Crofton, MD with a single S10 pick-up, the company has grown to a national selling organization selling from Washington State, to Texas, up to Maine and down to Florida. ROK Brothers attributes this growth to their policy of only selling high quality products at a fair price, backed with exceptional service. ROK Brothers is dedicated to you, their customers, and is committed to "Service you beyond your expectations."
By focusing on a handful of specialized products, ROK Brothers is able to give their customers the information they need, the comfort of knowing that the product they are receiving is the best value on the market and the service they deserve. There will always be cheaper and less expensive parts in the market place, but it is hard to find a better value anywhere.

Meet the Experts Behind our Company
Ryan O'Kane
President
Ryan J. O'Kane is the President of ROK Brothers, Inc., a leading company in the industry. He has a strong background in business and leadership, having served 10 years in the Coast Guard and graduated from Texas A&M with a Bachelor’s degree in business. Ryan believes that a company is only as good as its employees and is committed to building the best team possible. He values his employees' expertise and professionalism and strives to create a positive and supportive work environment. This translates to serving ROK Brothers’s customers beyond their expectations.
When Ryan is not in the office, he can be found spending time with his beloved wife Tracy and his two daughters. Sports have always been a big part of Ryan’s life. He played and coached rugby for most of his life and has recently acted as the Commissioner of the local Rugby Club supporting the development of young players and promoting the integrity of the game.
Jason Clemons
COO
For more than 20 years, Jason has been creating solutions for government and commercial customers. He is the Founder of several B2B and B2C businesses.
As Director of Operations my primary role is the growth of ROK Brothers, Inc.’s business and reach. Creating solutions and solving problems for our customers is how we achieve this. It is what we dedicate each day to.
“Do the right thing, not the easy thing” and “Be Curious” are two of my favorite mottos and something I pass on to my four children.
Sean Martin
Director of Business Development
Sean is a Public Safety Advocate, a Father, and a Proprietor. Sean traded in his suit and tie for jeans and flip flops when he left his wall street career after 25 years and joined ROK in 2022. He focuses his sales efforts on technology and ballistics.
In the rare instance when he isn’t working, Sean likes to spend time with his two children, Cassidy and Chase or in his family-owned restaurant, Sullivan’s Cove. Sean still follows the financial markets closely and is a big fan of local sports including the Orioles, the Ravens and Johns Hopkins Lacrosse. Sean graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Stonehill College and holds a Masters of Business Administration (Finance) from Johns Hopkins University.
Tyler Ebersold
Product Specialist
I joined ROK Brothers as an inside sales member in November of 2022. My role entails working closely with each sales representative to satisfy all customer needs. After graduating from Western Carolina University, I spent my first year out of college learning the logistics industry before ultimately deciding to come on board with ROK. Outside work, I enjoy spending a day on the golf course, watching a new movie, or trying a new recipe in the kitchen.
Jonathan Wey
Midwest Solutions Specialist
I began my journey with ROK Brothers in September 2024 as the Midwest Solutions Specialist. With almost 10 years of experience in the technology sector, I have developed a comprehensive understanding of the devices and software essential for Public Safety. My expertise has been honed through collaborations with some of the largest First Responder agencies across the United States.
I currently reside in Ohio, in the beautiful Cuyahoga Valley National Park with my wife and young son. We spend our free time hiking, fishing and enjoying the wildlife. I also enjoy cooking, live music and spending time with family.
Dwight Motley
NC Solutions Specialist
I came to ROK Brothers as Sales Manager in 2011 after 14 years with Raybestos, the last 5 as Fleet Sales and Program Manager - N. America. Since then, we grew to the largest distributor of the Raybestos Police Brake Program, added the Technology Division and new employees to manage the rapid growth. As I approach retirement I am proud to have been a part of this growth and especially of the ROK Brothers’ business model of only the best product at great prices, sold with the emphasis on excellent service.

Office Manager
As Office Manager at ROK Brothers Inc since 2017, I am dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers and fostering strong relationships with our vendors.
Outside of work, I am a proud mom of four and enjoy traveling with my family for BMX racing and soccer. We love exploring new states, attending music festivals, and spending time outdoors. Based in Millersville, Maryland, we also have a passion for trying new cuisines and cooking together. Balancing my professional and personal life, I am grateful for the growth and opportunities I've experienced.
Katy Matthews
Customer Service Manager
Hello! I’m Katy, the Customer Service Manager at ROK Brothers, Inc. With a passion for helping others, I’m dedicated to providing excellent customer service and supporting our team in every way I can.
I bring with me 19 years of experience in childcare, including roles as a preschool teacher and assistant director, as well as over 25 years of customer service expertise across various industries. I love spending time with my husband, BJ, my partner of 30 years, as well as cooking new recipes, reading, and exploring nature.
I look forward to assisting you and ensuring your experience with ROK Brothers is nothing short of exceptional!
Parker Jernigan
Sales Engineer
I am a network engineer for ROK Brothers and have worked here for over three years. In that time, I have completed several Cradlepoint certifications including the "Cradlepoint Certified Network Professional-5G" and the week-long "Cradlepoint Certified Network Expert-Practical" certificates. At ROK Brothers I have had the opportunity to assist with network setups and troubleshooting for government customers including Police/Sheriff/EMS as well as commercial customers. This has given me the experience and knowledge to assist in a wide array of network setups and network troubleshooting. Before my time at ROK Brothers, I completed an associate degree in Networking at Anne Arundel Community College.
Omar Sayed
Public Safety Account Manager
With an extensive background in communication and logistics, along with over 7 years of experience in the fleet technology sector, I am able to provide the utmost attention to detail that is required when assisting Public Safety fleets with RF and Cellular solutions. From local departments to federal agencies, I bring my expertise in Cellular, WiFi, GPS and RF technology to leverage some of the industry’s latest technologies, providing our First Responders with forward thinking solutions to keep them connected.
Bobbi Barlow
Special Project Manager
With a career that’s taken me through a variety of roles, I’ve developed a knack for bringing people, processes, and strategies together to reach the next goal and get things done!
As ROK Brothers’ Special Project Manager, I enjoy “connecting the dots” and "wearing many hats" to help everyone hit (and exceed) customer expectations while contributing to our company’s growth and success. Where others see a problem, I see an opportunity to get creative and find the best solution for all.
Outside of work, family is my top priority. Whether we're tackling home projects, working out at the gym, or enjoying time outdoors with our dog, Willow; life is always better experienced together.

Hello! As the Financial Assistant at ROK Brothers, my goal is to bring experience from past positions in customer service and accounting to make your experience with our company smooth and enjoyable.
For the past 16 years, I have been the chaos manager at home, taking care of and homeschooling my six children. On the odd occasion that I have free time, you can often find me reading, crocheting, or playing mobile games.

I currently work as a Junior Sales Associate at ROK Brothers, where I collaborate closely with our sales team to ensure we meet and exceed our customers' needs. I’m committed to providing excellent support and contributing to our team’s success in delivering top-notch service. In addition to my role at ROK Brothers, I’m a student at Howard Community College, pursuing a business major with a focus on business and finance. My goal is to grow both professionally and academically, building a strong foundation for a successful career in the business world.
Outside of work and school, I play tennis. I also love giving back to the community, and volunteering is an important part of my life. I enjoy being involved in local activities and supporting causes that make a positive impact. I’m excited about the future and eager to continue learning, both in my role at ROK Brothers and through my academic studies.
Jonas Crawford
Warehouse Shipping and Receiving
I started at ROK Brothers in 2011, working in the Scrap group, where I focused on restoring computers and cell phones. I was blessed with the opportunity to work full-time for Roger and Ryan. My role is best described as 'everything warehouse.' Before joining ROK Brothers, I gained experience as a Machine Operator at Marklin Still and Wire Products.
