ROK Brothers was formed in 1993 by Roger and Ryan O'Kane. Having started in a 10x10 storage facility in Crofton, MD with a single S10 pick-up, the company has grown to a national selling organization selling from Washington State, to Texas, up to Maine and down to Florida. ROK Brothers attributes this growth to their policy of only selling high quality products at a fair price, backed with exceptional service. ROK Brothers is dedicated to you, their customers, and is committed to "Service you beyond your expectations."
By focusing on a handful of specialized products, ROK Brothers is able to give their customers the information they need, the comfort of knowing that the product they are receiving is the best value on the market and the service they deserve. There will always be cheaper and less expensive parts in the market place, but it is hard to find a better value anywhere.

Ryan O'Kane
President
Ryan J. O'Kane is the President of ROK Brothers, Inc., a leading company in the industry. He has a strong background in business and leadership, having served 10 years in the Coast Guard and graduated from Texas A&M with a Bachelor’s degree in business. Ryan believes that a company is only as good as its employees and is committed to building the best team possible. He values his employees' expertise and professionalism and strives to create a positive and supportive work environment. This translates to serving ROK Brothers’s customers beyond their expectations.
When Ryan is not in the office, he can be found spending time with his beloved wife Tracy and his two daughters. Sports have always been a big part of Ryan’s life. He played and coached rugby for most of his life and has recently acted as the Commissioner of the local Rugby Club supporting the development of young players and promoting the integrity of the game.
Jason Clemons
Director of Operations
For more than 20 years, Jason has been creating solutions for government and commercial customers. He is the Founder of several B2B and B2C businesses.
As Director of Operations my primary role is the growth of ROK Brothers, Inc.’s business and reach. Creating solutions and solving problems for our customers is how we achieve this. It is what we dedicate each day to.
“Do the right thing, not the easy thing” and “Be Curious” are two of my favorite mottos and something I pass on to my four children.
Sean Martin
Director of Business Development Southeast
Sean is a Public Safety Advocate, a Father, and a Proprietor. Sean traded in his suit and tie for jeans and flip flops when he left his wall street career after 25 years and joined ROK in 2022. He focuses his sales efforts on technology and ballistics.
In the rare instance when he isn’t working, Sean likes to spend time with his two children, Cassidy and Chase or in his family-owned restaurant, Sullivan’s Cove. Sean still follows the financial markets closely and is a big fan of local sports including the Orioles, the Ravens and Johns Hopkins Lacrosse. Sean graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Stonehill College and holds a Masters of Business Administration (Finance) from Johns Hopkins University.
Colter McElree
Director of Business Development Commercial
As Director of Business Development for ROK Brothers Inc I help businesses with primary and failover cellular internet connectivity solutions.
When I’m not helping companies get connected, I stay busy with my wife and three kids in Davidsonville, MD. In my free time, I enjoy being outside on a golf course.
Tyler Ebersold
Sales Support
I joined ROK Brothers as an inside sales member in November of 2022. My role entails working closely with each sales representative to satisfy all customer needs. After graduating from Western Carolina University, I spent my first year out of college learning the logistics industry before ultimately deciding to come on board with ROK. Outside work, I enjoy spending a day on the golf course, watching a new movie, or trying a new recipe in the kitchen.
Dwight Motley
Sales Executive
I came to ROK Brothers as Sales Manager in 2011 after 14 years with Raybestos, the last 5 as Fleet Sales and Program Manager - N. America. Since then, we grew to the largest distributor of the Raybestos Police Brake Program, added the Technology Division and new employees to manage the rapid growth. As I approach retirement I am proud to have been a part of this growth and especially of the ROK Brothers’ business model of only the best product at great prices, sold with the emphasis on excellent service.
Katy Matthews
Customer Service
Hi, I’m Katy, the Administrative Assistant for ROK Brothers INC. I am friendly and dedicated and diligently work to provide the best customer service to our customers. My prior work experience includes 19 years in childcare as a preschool teacher and assistant director and over 25 years of customer service in various fields. I am a Maryland transplant that loves animals, cooking, reading, and nature.
Parker Jernigan
Network Engineer
I am a network engineer for ROK Brothers and have worked here for over three years. In that time, I have completed several Cradlepoint certifications including the "Cradlepoint Certified Network Professional-5G" and the week-long "Cradlepoint Certified Network Expert-Practical" certificates. At ROK Brothers I have had the opportunity to assist with network setups and troubleshooting for government customers including Police/Sheriff/EMS as well as commercial customers. This has given me the experience and knowledge to assist in a wide array of network setups and network troubleshooting. Before my time at ROK Brothers, I completed an associate degree in Networking at Anne Arundel Community College.
Omar Sayed
Public Safety Account Manager
With an extensive background in communication and logistics, along with over 7 years of experience in the fleet technology sector, I am able to provide the utmost attention to detail that is required when assisting Public Safety fleets with RF and Cellular solutions. From local departments to federal agencies, I bring my expertise in Cellular, WiFi, GPS and RF technology to leverage some of the industry’s latest technologies, providing our First Responders with forward thinking solutions to keep them connected.
Amanda Morales
Office Manager
As Office Manager at ROK Brothers Inc since 2017, I am dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers and fostering strong relationships with our vendors.
Outside of work, I am a proud mom of four and enjoy traveling with my family for BMX racing and soccer. We love exploring new states, attending music festivals, and spending time outdoors. Based in Millersville, Maryland, we also have a passion for trying new cuisines and cooking together. Balancing my professional and personal life, I am grateful for the growth and opportunities I've experienced.
